  • 3 packages cream cheese (softened)
  • Granulated sugar
  • All-purpose flour
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Eggs
  • Spice cake ingredients (flour, baking powder, spices, brown sugar, butter, vegetable oil)
  • Unsalted butter (softened)
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease baking pans.
  2. For the cinnamon cheesecake layer, blend softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add flour, vanilla, cinnamon, heavy cream, and eggs; mix well. Pour into one pan and bake for about 60 minutes. Cool before removing.
  3. For the spice cake layer, whisk flour, baking powder, spices, brown sugar, butter, oil, vanilla, egg, and milk until smooth. Pour into another greased pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Let cool completely.
  4. Assemble by layering the cooled spice cake on a serving platter topped with cheesecake and finally the store-bought pumpkin pie.
  5. Prepare frosting by beating butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  6. Frost the assembled piecaken generously.
