  • 3 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup salted peanuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Pyure All-Purpose (or 21/2 tsp Truvia)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to your device’s instructions. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg white with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. Gradually add xanthan gum and sweetener.
  2. In another bowl, melt butter and mix with heavy cream and peanut butter. Fold in chopped peanuts and spread this mixture over the base layer.
