  • 2 cups Splenda (or preferred sugar substitute)

  • 34 tbsp sour cream (2 cups + 1 tbsp)

  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and Splenda until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients and sour cream into the butter mixture until just blended.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, add your filling layer if desired, cover with remaining batter and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
