  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh spinach
  • Garlic
  • Marinara sauce
  • Olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; mix well.
