  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  2. Layer in Slow Cooker: Place seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season Chicken: Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning before placing them on top of the potatoes.
