  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Low Carb Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Once cooked, set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add butter, then sauté sliced onion and green pepper until browned (about 4 minutes). Set aside.
  3. Preheat oven broiler. Add remaining butter, garlic, and basil to the skillet; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, and garlic powder; let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Return ground beef to skillet along with veggies; mix well. Top with provolone cheese and broil for 3-4 minutes until melted.
