  • 8 oz salted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter powder
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp Vegan Gelatin
  • 3 oz cold water
  • 2/3 cup peanut flour or peanut butter powder
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the salted butter and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in sweetener until bubbly; add raw cacao butter and peanut butter powder until smooth. Chill until thickened.
  2. Dissolve Vegan Gelatin in cold water. Whip cream cheese until fluffy; combine with gelatin mixture and chilled peanut mixture.
  3. Mix crust ingredients and press into an 8-inch springform pan evenly. Pour filling over the crust.
  4. Chill for at least 8 hours to set. Drizzle melted cacao butter mixture over the top before serving.
