  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese (or Romano)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup low carb pizza sauce
  • Optional pizza toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend the softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and oregano; mix well.
  3. Layer the bottom of the baking pan with Asiago cheese and half of the mozzarella. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Spread low carb pizza sauce on top; add your favorite toppings and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Broil on high for a few minutes until bubbly and brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
