  • 3 tablespoons Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Swerve granulated sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. For the crust, mix almond flour, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, cinnamon, and melted butter until combined. Press into a greased 9×9 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. For the filling, blend softened cream cheese, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, heavy whipping cream, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust. In another bowl, combine granulated sweetener and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool at room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
