  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Blend the softened butter, olive oil, garlic cloves, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth to create the garlic butter mixture.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté diced chicken for about 3 minutes until browned.
