1 pound ground chuck
1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
8 hot dogs
8 low carb tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup water
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan, combine cooked ground chuck, petite diced tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Spoon half a cup of the chili sauce into the prepared dish. Wrap each hot dog in a low carb tortilla and place seam-side down in the dish.
