  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 low carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cooked ground chuck, petite diced tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Spoon half a cup of the chili sauce into the prepared dish. Wrap each hot dog in a low carb tortilla and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining sauce over hot dogs and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
