  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup light feta cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to form boats.
  3. In a blender, blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  4. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, blended cottage cheese, Frank’s RedHot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, black pepper, and salt.
