  • 1 Large Yellow Onion
  • 23 Large Bell Peppers (mixed colors)
  • 46 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese (or Shredded Mozzarella)
  • Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls

Instructions
