  • 8 tablespoons melted butter or dairy-free alternative
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • Lemons (for juice and zest)

  5. Allow the batter to rest covered for 20 minutes.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan; bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Brush warm loaf with a mixture of lemon juice and sugar for added flavor.
