- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and coat both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning mix generously over each thigh.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese over each thigh and cook for another 2 minutes, then flip again and repeat with remaining cheese.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches at least 175°F before serving.
