  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry and coat both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning mix generously over each thigh.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese over each thigh and cook for another 2 minutes, then flip again and repeat with remaining cheese.
  6. Check that the internal temperature reaches at least 175°F before serving.
