  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease two 8-inch cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, mix the milk and vinegar; set aside to curdle slightly.
  3. Combine oat flour, cocoa powder, arrowroot powder, baking soda, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
