  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for glaze
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup for glaze
  • 12 teaspoons milk for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chai spices.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Drizzle with maple glaze if desired.
