  • 1 large cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup flour (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 cups panko (gluten-free if needed)
  • For the bang bang sauce: ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup honey, 2 teaspoons sriracha, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Add cauliflower florets and toss until well coated.
  3. Place panko crumbs in a shallow bowl and coat each piece of cauliflower with panko.
  4. Spread coated cauliflower on the baking tray and lightly spray with oil.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
