  • 1 loaf Italian sub rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced turkey slices
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced chicken slices
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the seasoned butter generously over the cut sides of the rolls.
  5. Layer turkey slices on the bottom half of each roll followed by chicken slices and turkey pepperoni.
  6. Add mozzarella and provolone cheese on top.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add desired toppings.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are crispy.
  9. Let cool slightly before cutting into portions.
