  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Kosher salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 medium head of broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for broccoli)
  • Cooked rice
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. While marinating, prepare broccoli by tossing florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380ºF.
  5. Place marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer; cook for 10-12 minutes.
  6. After shaking the basket halfway through cooking, add broccoli and continue cooking for an additional 6-8 minutes until everything is cooked through.
  7. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
